Notice
Any swimming pools that have a depth of 2 feet or more, are required to have a 6 ft. high fence around them.
All Fees shall be paid in advance by the applicant at City Hall
Fees:
Single Family Residence..................................$ 50.00
Multi-Family Residence...................................$ 50.00 per unit or $.04 per sq. ft. (which ever is greater)
Commercial or Business Structure...................$100.00 or $.04 per sq. ft.; which ever is greater
Industrial Structure..........................................$150.00 or $.04 per sq. ft. (which ever is greater)
Accessory Building...........................................$25.00 per building
Structural Additions........................................ $10.00 or $.04 per sq. ft. (which ever is greater)
Miscellaneous Permit (parking lot, deck, driveway)........$.01 per sq. ft. ($5.00 Min. $25.00 Max)
Sign Permit....................................................$5.00 or $.05 per sq. ft. (which ever is greater)
Penalties:
Anyone convicted of a violation of the Code shall be fined not less than $50.00 and no more than $500.00 plus costs.
